Hello families, Peel Public Health is reminding families that all students who are eligible can receive their routine school immunizations at no cost. The vaccines are for Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Hepatitis B (Hep B) and Meningococcal ACYW-135. Peel Public Health will be booking dates to come to our school this winter. Please visit School vaccination program and fill out the consent and the standard assessment questionnaire to ensure your child receives their vaccine(s) at school. These vaccines will be administered to Gr. 7 and Gr. 8 students only and will require your consent to receive them during the clinic dates.  Some students may have existing consent from earlier this school year or from previous years or parents may have completed an online or verbal consent. These students do not need to complete a new consent unless the consent option has changed. If you have the immunization record (yellow card), please send it with the student to the appointment.
